| This 50’ rib side box car with single door and no roofwalk is painted red with white logo and lettering. It was built by FMC of Portland, Oregon, in April 1976. It was then leased from SSI Rail. It runs on black Barber® Roller Bearing trucks. The SRN operates freight service from Bessmay to Echo and Evadale, TX, a distance of 40 miles, then connecting with the BNSF, KCS, and UP. Its freight is pulp and paper products — about 15,000 car loads a year. | ||
